Return and Refund Policy for Customers in the United Kingdom
Welcome to Little Nest! We strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below you will find our return and refund policy.
(A) Returns
Our goal is that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If at any time you receive a baby’s toy or care essential from us that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can process a replacement or full refund.
If you decide that you simply do not want an item that you purchased, you may return it within 14 days of receipt if it is in "good as new" condition.
The cost of shipping (both from us to you and your return shipping to us) is not refundable.
How to Request a Return
- Reach out to us by email (support@little-nest.uk) to request a return.
- Provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return (optional).
(B) Refund Policy
1. After we get your return request and give it a quick look-over, we’ll kick off your refund. It usually takes about 7 business days.
2. We’ll send the fund right back to whatever you used to pay us in the first place.
3. You will only get refunded for the stuff you actually bought, not what it cost to ship it out. The shipping fee is not refundable.
4. If a week’s gone by after we approved your refund and your fund hasn’t been refunded, just reach out to our customer support team.
(C) Change of mind
Have you changed your mind about a product you recently purchased? You’ll need to return it in its original, unused condition (good condition) and within 14 days of receipt. The cost of return is at the customer's expense.
(D) Exchange Policy
1. Exchange Period: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to exchange it for a different variant, colour and style, subject to availability.
2. Conditions for Exchange:
Items must be in "good as new" condition. Items that do not meet this condition are not eligible for exchange.
3. How to Request an Exchange:
Contact our customer support by email to request an exchange. You will be requested to provide your order number, the name of the product you would like to exchange, and the style or variant.
4. Shipping Costs: The customer will bear both the cost of returning the product and the shipping of the exchanged item.
(E) Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Period: You can cancel your order within 24 hours (before it is shipped). Please contact our customer support (support@little-nest.uk) as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.
2. How to Cancel an Order:
You will need to initiate a cancellation request via mail to our customer support. You will be requested to provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.
3. Cancellation after Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you can still return it according to our returns policy as described above.
(F) Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our customer support (support@little-nest.uk) immediately. Little Nest will cover the return costs and work to resolve the issue.
(G) European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—good as new, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
